Two documentaries were filmed during the wreck search. They were completed before the February 2020 dive to analyze the probable causes of the sinking.
La Minerve 50 Years of Mystery - 2019 - 75 minutes -Claude ARDID - 3° oeil: This documentary, filmed before and after the discovery of the wreck, focuses on the families of the missing.
The Ghost of the Abyss - 2020 - 45 minutes - Stéphane RYBOJAD - National Geographic: This documentary was filmed with the team searching for the Minerva and filmed its discovery live.
